COVID UPDATE
All orders placed before 1 pm PST are dispatched within 2-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. If you haven’t received an email confirmation, please contact customercare@power2theflower.com.
Please note, during sale periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch there may be some delays.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE US
- Free standard shipping for all orders over $100
- Standard shipping (3-8 days) $4.95 for orders under $100
- Expedited shipping (1-3 days) available
All free shipping and flat rate orders are sent via DHL and take 3-8 business days to arrive after dispatch. Expedited shipping is available for orders within the USA for $14.95. These orders will be sent by either USPS, or FedEx and take 1-2 business days to arrive after dispatch.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
If you are located outside of the US, we offer flat rate shipping of $30 with free worldwide shipping on all orders over $150.
All international orders are sent via DHL’s Global Mail Service or APC which are then passed on to your local postal service once the order arrives in your country. Delivery times can vary between 7-14 business days for DHL Global Mail or 7-21 business days for APC. Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details.
Shipping internationally may require an additional customs / import tax payment. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates of their own country. P2F Swimwear is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs when required. All customers are responsible for customs / import duties and taxes. For further information, contact your local customs office.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Please note we cannot be responsible for shipments made to hotels or other temporary residences. When requesting shipment to hotels, we recommend using Expedited shipping with package tracking.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
After submitting, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting, in particular, we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address (specifically unit number and zip code). Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
